Abstract

【課題】光電変換特性を向上した有機太陽電池を提供する。 【解決手段】有機太陽電池Aは、一対の電極と、この電極間に介在する光電変換層とを備える。前記光電変換層が、不対電子を有し酸化還元可能なn型の有機化合物と、p型の有機物半導体とを含有する。電子受容体として、繰り返し酸化還元が可能で安定性が高くかつ極めて迅速な電子移動性をあわせ持つn型の有機化合物を用いることにより、光電変換効率を向上する。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solar cell whose photoelectric conversion characteristics are improved. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solar cell (A) is provided with a pair of electrodes and a photoelectric conversion layer which is interposed between the electrodes. The photoelectric conversion layer contains an n-type organic compound which has unpaired electrons and can be oxidized and reduced and a p-type organic semiconductor. The photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved by using the n-type organic compound which can be repeatedly oxidized and reduced and exhibits both high stability and extremely rapid electron mobility as an electron acceptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
