Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with a conventional image sensor having a visible imaging sensor and an infrared imaging sensor, wherein a function of efficiently collecting visible light into sensors is not available and the image sensor having the visible imaging sensor and the infrared imaging sensor on the same plane of the image sensor need be combined with a reflective optical system since image forming positions of visible light and infrared light are the same. <P>SOLUTION: The image sensor includes a substrate, a visible imaging sensor provided on a light irradiating surface side of the substrate for converting the visible light into an electric signal, an infrared imaging sensor provided oppositely to the visible imaging sensor across the substrate for converting the infrared light into an electric signal, and a condensing element provided on the light irradiating surface side of the visible imaging sensor for condensing the visible light and transmitting the infrared light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
【課題】従来は、可視撮像センサと赤外撮像センサを有する撮像素子においてセンサに効率的に可視光を集光する機能が無いという問題があった。また、反射光学系では可視光と赤外光の結像位置が同じであるため撮像素子の同一面に可視撮像センサと赤外撮像センサを有する撮像素子と組み合わせる必要があるという問題があった。 【解決手段】基板と、前記基板の光照射面側に設けられ、可視光を電気信号に変換する可視撮像センサと、前記基板を挟んで前記可視撮像センサと対向する位置に設けられ、赤外光を電気信号に変換する赤外撮像センサと、前記可視撮像センサの光照射面側に設けられ、前記可視光を集光し、前記赤外光を透過する集光素子と、を備える撮像素子。 【選択図】 図1
