Abstract

【課題】精度を確保可能であって、且つ小型化および低廉化の双方を満たすことが可能な自律型負荷軽減装置を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】本発明の自律型負荷軽減装置100の構成は、オペアンプ102aを含むアナログ回路で構成され定格周波数よりも低周波域の交流電力を通過させる第1バンドパスフィルタ102と、オペアンプ102aを含むアナログ回路で構成され定格周波数よりも高周波域の交流電力を通過させる第2バンドパスフィルタ104と、第1バンドパスフィルタ102と第2バンドパスフィルタ104の出力電圧の電圧差を出力する減算器106と、電力系統から印加された電圧で電圧差を除算することにより電圧比差を出力する除算器108と、電圧比差が所定の閾値以上かを判定する判別器110と、判別器110が閾値以上と判定した場合に系統の負荷を低減させる装置制御部112とを備えることを特徴とする。 【選択図】図2
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous load reducing device ensuring accuracy and achieving both miniaturization and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The autonomous load reducing device 100 includes: a structure including a first band pass filter 102 comprising an analog circuit having an operational amplifier 102a and allowing the AC power of a lower frequency band than a rated frequency to pass; a second band pass filter 104 comprising an analog circuit having an operational amplifier 102a and allowing the AC power of a higher frequency band than a rated frequency to pass; a subtractor 106 for outputting a difference in output voltage between the first band pass filter 102 and the second band pass filter 104; a divider 108 for outputting a difference in voltage ratio by dividing the voltage difference by a voltage applied from the power system; a discriminator 110 for discriminating whether the voltage ratio is not less than a predetermined threshold value or not; and an apparatus control part 112 for reducing the load of the system when the discriminator 110 discriminates that the voltage ratio is not less than the threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
